Versatile and comfortable

Love Henckel knives and this completes my set I've had for over 30 years. Love the feel and versatility of this knife

Disappointed

Knife is not as expected. It only has hollows on one side. The other is completely flat. I also purchased to 7 1/2 inch knife, which has hollows on both sides. I called Henckels and was told both sides should have hollows. I returned the knife to Macy’s and ordered another thinking it was just a defective knife. Unfortunately the other came the same way. ? Unreliable information from Henckels customer support I guess. The knife is lighter than I expected, but sharp. I cannot say how it well hold up over time because it is new, but the premio line does not compare to knives I purchased years ago from the Pro line. I guess this is to be at this price point. Not sure if I would recommend at this point.

Sharp and sturdy!

Sharp and sturdy. Very sturdy. Balanced well. I’m not a knife guru but this is a very nice knife. I had some Amazon knives my wife bought and this is farrr better. Handle fits in my hand just right. And I love the non stick grooves.

Prevents Scratches, Small Air Gaps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. Slight curvature at the end of the knife lowers amount of scratches on the cutting board. 2. Small air gaps on the one side of the knife do not always prevent food from sticking to the knife due to adhesion.

Great slicer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife was one of the sharpest ones I’ve ever had out of the box. I used it for Christmas dinner and realized how well balanced it is in comparison to all my other knives. Overall this is an awesome knife! My only complaint would be after using it for dinner it lost some of the super sharpness it had at the beginning.
