Disappointed with new smaller size

We have the 12 inch diam. by 1 inch high flat round pan for making bacon and pancakes. So sad we cannot find a replacement for it. Looks like Anolon only has this 9. 5 inch crepe pan now.

FRYING PAN

Exactly what I wanted except the color is off. I have a complete set and wanted another frying pan. I am disappointed that it does not match my set when it should have. So much lighter.

Best non-stick Skillet!

These Anolon skillets are the best. You can literally fry cheese in them and it wouldn't stick! I've tried all the other brands...took really good care...only wooden utensils and handwash...and they still peel and stick sooner than later. This is my third Anolon pan...and I'm still using the other two! Highly recommend!

My third one

This is my third one, although the non stick surface looks a little different than the first two. I hope the non stick is a little more durable than the first two. My first one is the one that I used the most and is no longer non stick after 9 or 10 years of use, but it was still non stick when I bought my second one, which I bought so I could make 2 pancakes at once. When my first one was no longer non stick I bought this new one. The cooking surface looks tougher than the first 2. My complaint about the design of this series is that the bare metal that connects the handle to the pan gets very hot and has often burned me.
