Back not staying

I bought these for the screw back and one doesn't work. It slinds right on and off. Given how much these were you'd think they'd make sure they work before shipping them out. I tried calling support since the chat option didn't have anyone available and after going through the whole automated process it tells me that no one is available because of the time. Why don't you start by saying that instead of wasting my time.

not as shown……

Wanted to purchase a second smaller pair of diamond studs for wearing in my second ear piercing. Thought this would be a great addition but found them as disappointing as previous reviewers. This earring is very tiny….. that would be ok however if they were at least sparkly. This diamond stud has virtually no sparkle….. hard to believe it is the grade specified in the description. Got them at a great price but will be returning them.

Nice earrings good sales price

I have bought three sets of these my future wife loves them but one pair had to be replaced. The posts are threaded and one pair the backing would not tread on, it was Not an issue Macy’s replaced it

Disappointed

I was excited to get these because I already have a pair in my first hole just like these that my husband had gotten me. When I went to put them in my second holes, I noticed they had two different backs. I went to macys to get a matching back but they didn’t have one and they didn’t have another pair of these earrings at the store so I ended up having to return them.

One stud had shifted in its box causing the post to become bent. I have not attempted to wear them.
