Very comfortable. Works great in my room. I’m 5’5” and sit comfortably. Good packing and shipping. Easy to put together.
Nice chair, might not be comfy for long days
The chair looks very nice but the back leaves a bit of a gap when you sit in it. I will need to put a lumbar support for working long days. Also, when I received the chair, there was a cut in the leather right next to the mechanism that raises and lowers the chair. Unfortunately, Macys.com isn't able to process the exchange for a new one so I have to return and repurchase which means I will be out the cost of 2 chairs until the return is received and processed. :(

Best suited for kids under 5 feet
We got this as an office chair for my wife. When she sat down and leaned back she could feel the metal bar frame on the top and rounded corners. I felt it also and it's not comfortable. I'm 5'6" with medium build. The chair looks good and the lumbar support is not bad but we think this chair is better suite for younger children. We'll just keep the chair.
