Accent Chair

When my new chair arrived, with swivel glider mechanism broken and a runner in the upholstery I couldnt have been more disappointed. There is no way this chair should have ever left the warehouse in condition. Macys used to be dependable...but this shoddy second rate furniture has ruined their reputation for me (no wonder they are in financial trouble). I arranged a return but I am still waiting for the refund. Disgraceful waste of time and I am sorry I even ordered it. Tpaying the shipping BOTH ways seems totally unreasonable for a broken chair.

Fantastic chair

This chair arrived quickly, all in one piece. It's comfortable for me, shorter person and my husband, taller person. 6 feet tall. It looks great in my living room and I am thinking about buying a second one.

Finally! A comfy chair!

Very comfortable chair. Love the firm seat which prevents one from sinking down in. One of the few chairs which does not require me to use a pillow behind my lower back for lumbar support. The back is low. These are not big chairs, yet my 46- yr old son who is 6’ 3” even commented on how comfortable they are. I would call them gray, not blue. True to picture online.
