Just What I Needed!

Everything I thought it'd be. In particular the conversion and substitution charts. Love the size and utility.

Just right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaces an older mat that was too large and had hard-to-read words and measurements. This one is perfect. Minimizes the flour needed to do dough shaping and all the printing is very clear.

Not nonstick

Mat sticks to the table good, because it's not truly non-stick. Likewise, the dough sticks to the mat unless you use a LOT of flour which I don't like doing with my pie crust. The measured circles are handy.

Very thin

I was a little disappointed that the mat is very thin, expected it to be thicker. I have not used it in baking yet, but did place it in the counter and it sticks very well. However, I am concerned I may inadvertently tear it when trying to remove it from the countertop.
