Horrible packing

Ordered twice and both came broken. Horrible packing on both dishes.

Corningware French White 3 Qt. Rectangular Baker

I have used this baking dish multiple times. If you want a beautiful oven to table baking dish, this is the one to get. I love the handles.

Arrived smashed to pieces. Not packed well, never got to use.

2nd time is the charm!

Absolutely smashed when first shipment arrived. Very helpful customer service reordered and put priority shipping on replacement, so arrived in time for Christmas Day dinner. Beautiful dish!

Macy’s You Can Do Better

Amazing that Macys would allow shipping of this breakable dish wrapped in bubble package thrown loose in a large box with multiple other items. This only makes more work for a customer to exchange and/or return an item purchased Macy’s. You can do better.

Macy's Fail

The dish came completely broken into many pieces. It was not wrapped or packaged correctly at all. I went to the store for a new one and they had no more and could not order one for me. VERY disappointing.
