Rim is Not as Pictured, Not Crystal

I was thrilled to find these "crystal" 8-oz glasses for our new favorite, Negronis...BUT, after careful observation of the photos that the rim - the most important part to us - was truly a fine-edged crystal rim, I have to report our great disappointment that the bulbous rim is just what you get on a Libby's cheap glass from the grocery store. The Macy's photo makes it look flat and sleek. Also, these do not come close to passing the crystal test. They have no ring upon striking, so...there you go. The base of the glass and the weight are very nice, it's just that the cost is more in the actual crystal range, which is what they claim, even in the misleading logo. We're keeping because I simply couldn't find any other nice 8-oz rocks glasses we liked, but we do feel double-crossed and disappointed. Couldn't get my photo to transfer.
