Disappointed

This is a hard review to write. The product is great. It’s exactly what I was looking for but unfortunately, I opened the box and it had a horrible odor and I found what looked like bedbugs or a small beetles. As much as I wanted to love this product I can’t because of the bugs. I recommend the product but definitely not the bugs and I don’t know how that can be fixed. They have been returned.

Perfect seat cushion

Beautiful fabric and very well made. I had to return them only because they were too small on my kitchen chairs. If they came in a larger size, I would have definalely kept them.

Nice chair cushion

Excellent for warmth and padding on the chair. They fit well. I think that they will hold up well, they look well made.

Not TRUE to size

I purchased six of the chair pants. I ordered the tope and really likes the color. however the description read they were sized 16“ x 16“ and they are not. I measured them and they are 15“ x 15“. they’re very comfortable and I like them a lot. but I need 16“ x 16“ so they will have to go back. in order to return them they need to be mailed back to Macys. if you call to return them they give you a UPS code to return the products. it’s a hassle to do this. they would be perfect for me if they were true to size as the description read. I am very disappointed that I have now to go out of my way to return these.
