The top surface of this mattress pad is very nice, however the fitted sides have no give to put on the mattress. I do not have a deep mattress and as I was trying to get the pad over the last corner of my mattress, the sides ripped. I do not recommend this mattress pad for this reason.

The mattress cover was yellowed like it had been in the warehouse for a really long time. It is a VERY snug fit on a standard sized mattress. I’m not sure this would fit a mattress 16” thick as advertised.

The mattress pad feels deliciously cozy and stays in place but it shrank so much when I washed it according to the instructions on its tag. I kept it to see if it will stretch out when put on the mattress. But 4-5 inches of shrinkage in the width and 3-4 inches in the length is just terrible quality control.

The actual queen size mattress pad itself is TOO SMALL; it doesn’t cover the entire top of the mattress. In fact there was about a 6 inch gap all the way around from the edges of the pad to the edges of the mattress. The fabric and padding were nice and soft, the side skirt was generous but the mattress pad itself was definitely NOT adequate. It is NOT TRUE TO SIZE. I sent it back!

Poor overall quality: 1). Product was very smelly, had to air out of a week, 2). Product did not fit Cal. King bed and when stretching over the bottom of mattress, the elastic and bedding material ripped - returned for full refund. Purchased Hotel Brand Cal. King product as replacement.

Ordered this mattress cover because it was 95 % cotton and it was exactly that. Washed it following the instructions because of off odor of new items and the finish they put on it. I was putting it on my bed and it was a little snug ripping slightly as I pulled it onto the mattress.

Does the Job
Pad is cotton, and not very thick. It is basic and does the job. There was an awful smell that required airing out and washing plus multiple rounds of fabric softener in the dryer. It is more of a thin mattress cover vs a nice padded mattress cover.
