poor quality

don't buy. smells so bad like chemicals. had to wash table with soap to remove smell even though I kept placemat on the table for 2 min . entire room smelled and table.

Thanksgiving

All the pieces I purchased were exactly as described. I ordered multiple serving pieces for my grandson to use when he hosts next thanksgiving in his new home. Very high quality

Shattered in many pieces

I had this item sent to me twice - the first one seemed to be packed well but came shattered in many, many pieces. I reordered it but warned customer service that they needed to change the packaging but they didn’t so the second order came shattered. I was very disappointed with my follow up call to customer service. They refused to send me another platter and now I’ve got to take this huge box with scattered platter to ups in order to get my refund. I can’t imagine that I’m the only one that has been experiencing this problem. They need to learn from their mistakes.

Did not get them In time for Thanksgiving😠

Would have been great if they would have arrived before Thanksgiving as they were supposed to.
