The perfect knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is our favorite knife, we use it for everything. The rounded edges are perfect, the blade is pristine and the cutting edge is crazy sharp. We couldn’t be happier with it and we will be buying more Miyabi knives later

Very nice knife overall

Solid Utility Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sturdy handle and appropriate blade length for smaller scale prep work. Good balance and solid feel in my hand. My only minor complaint is the rounded heel of the blade, as I would have preferred a pointed heel. Other than that, very pleased overall.
