Quality of this piece of jewelry is disappointing.

The quality of this necklace and the matching earrings was extremely disappointing. I bought them both last summer and didn't wear them until Christmas,,,,couldn't believe that the gold chain, and gold platted portions around the ruby were "black" ! I can't get them cleaned and will probably not be able to wear them in the future. Pretty sad as they were not inexpensive for me to purchase.

Terrible Quality

The necklace turned literally black in some spots. The "gold tone" on the pendant rubbed off as I took it out of the box.
