Chef's Knife

I rec'd one as a gift and I find myself using it over a french knife or nakiri. Its a little heavy to be using all day but as a home knife thats a non-issue. (I honestly love the weight)

8” Premier Kiritsuke

I have just added this beautifully made Kiritsuke to my set. If you have a larger hand. The Premier sets are wonderful for someone with a larger hand. This knife is well made, just as sharp as it looks. It has been a great offset to using my chef’s knife. So I don’t have to use the same Knife twice as much and I think it is a great addition to my growing collection. Thank y’all for the great craftsmanship!

cuts like it looks....great!

I have an 8" chef classic Shun knife I purchased a while back. I thought my Classic was sharp. This knife is sharper by far. I also feel the Kiritsuke is easier to handle than my chef--my new fav

Great Knives - among the best

Shun knives are among the best! I bought this knife for my son who has quite a few Shun knives. He carries them wherever he goes if he thinks he'll be preparing a meal. He is a very very good amateur chef and takes pride in the tools he uses to prepare the meals. All the best, Richard

This knife keeps its edge

This knife keeps its edge perfectly, I like the weight of the handle not to light but not too heavy the length of the knife is perfect, most of the work I do is heavy duty knife work and it keeps it’s edge unlike other knives I have.

Absolutely Awesome

I'll have to elevate my knife skills. This is the sharpest knife right out of the package I have ever handled. My father was a butcher, I learned about sharp knives from a pro. If you like sharp knives, put this in your knife block!
