Wanted forever, but needs softening

This is perfect for a compact business case that can go into overhead and be left alone, just big enough that people dont try to move or ask you to shove it under your seat with your purse, but compact to easily navigate through airplane aisles. It won't carry a weeks worth of presentations, but it's large enough to carry materials for a meeting or two plus snacks and laptop. Only issue is the leather is SOOOOO stiff I've literally scratched myself on the zipper trying to pull out my collateral. Will need to get something to soften it. Beautiful though and very professional.
