Nice Set

Nice set; unfortunately the red key on the xylophone was dead. I called and they said they would send a new one, waiting on proof (video & serial number from very busy parents). I would purchase again.

Not the quality I expect from Melissa and Doug

These instruments just aren't up to the normal quality of Melissa and Doug. They don't work well and just generally feel cheaply made. I tried to return them but since returns require the customer to pay the full shipping price and its a big item, it wasn't even worth it to ship it back. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I recommend this set, but not the recorder

This is a nice creative toy set to use at home to extend the activities from our child's preschool music class. My only complaint is that the recorder was not drilled well and could not produce the full range of notes, otherwise I would have given a 5-star review.
