Packaging and Delivery
UPS never called for delivery, they dropped boxes by mail box, packages are in bad condition, worst delivery service, I do have more pictures cannot upload, I will never buy furniture online

That chair does not look as as the picture, it’s plain ugly, I’ll be returning it as soon as I can

For Looks Only
It's been a year since I purchased this chair and I can honestly say it's been enjoyed by exactly no one who has visited my home. It looks fine, but it's incredibly stiff and flimsy-feeling when you sit in it. Guests try it for a few seconds and inevitably opt for one of the other, better-quality pieces in the room. I'd pass unless this chair is for aesthetics only.

You will not be disappointed!
I purchased 2 of these chairs for accent seats in my living room, ordered online and I was not disappointed when they arrived. I have had them over a year and they have held up well seeing this is a primary spot for all of my family members.... loved them so much that I have another set in the garage just waiting to be opened! The color is nice - a green/teal with herringbone shades of grey. A must have if you are looking for a great accent piece(s).

Cheap wooden legs
My son sat in the chair and the back curved leg broke off. Is there a way to get a replacement leg? I would not plan on using these except for occasional sitting chairs

Lovely Chair
I bought this chair for my master bedroom and it is really comfortable and looks great! The material is nice and thick. My only complaint is that the feet were slightly damaged. The feet could have been packaged better to avoid this.

Chair legs are light brown
We ordered the ivory chair and thought the legs would be darker brown based on the photos but they are in fact much lighter. The vender claimed they would be unable to order any parts for us even if we agreed to pay for the legs in a darker color such as black so now we’re stuck with the chair

Don't Bey very poor and uncomfortable chairs
The chairs are very uncomfortable, they are good for first2-4 weeks, you can't sit more than 15-30 min. The stitches at the corner started coming off for one of the chairs edges. Called Macy's customer service, they are trying to reach vendor but no response almost 30 min. These are not Macys product, vendor ships from there warehouse direct and you cannot return to macys
