Shoddy cart
This cart is poorly made, It is neither heavy or proportioned to carry any size luggage. I tried to move a light weight item and the straps didn’t hold it on the cart. The plastic was badly cut as well. I’m disappointed that Samsonite made this, I expected better from them.

Curbside
What is curbside pickup when you have to go inside to pick up my order. It took forever for someone to pick up the phone. Then they couldn’t find my order. So I had to go in side to get my order. Don’t have curbside service if you can’t handle it. Sad.

Luggage Carrier Saved our Move from Paris-London
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a luggage carrier that we could pack in a suitcase when flying to Paris, along with foldable duffle bags. I knew we were going to give it a rough workout. We brought two, and two Samsonite duffles, to help our son move from Paris to London. They were amazing! Strong and wall designed. They went down 7 flights of stairs, in and out of Ubers, across the Gare du Nord, loaded on and off the train, in and out of Paddington station and up more stairs in London. My son threw them and dragged them. The duffles were stuffed, too, it light at all! No problems at all! We all were so glad we had them!

STURDY/ CONVENIENT
Convenient, very sturdy and compact and the best part is I can carry roll most duffel bags or regular type bags of most sizes throughout most journeys and can even put in my duffel if I need , whelks are very sturdy , definitely recommend..
