Replace

Smallish but shiny, need to get a better chain. I had this necklace before but dropped down sink.

Just Had to Get It!

Saw this lovely necklace next to the Jewelry counter. The price at the time was really reasonable, but I was not actually looking to purchase any jewelry that day. After a few days, I saw this necklace on-line, for a bigger reduction in price. I immediately placed an order for same day pickup. This was being purchased as a gift. I attempted to order 2, but the order could only fill 1 item. When I arrived at Macy's to pick up the item, I walked over to the counter and there was another Tree of Life necklace on display. Yippy Skippy! (Did a Happy Dance) I bought both. One for me and one as a gift. This is a lovely necklace. Gold tree surrounded by small diamonds. Has a lightweight silver chain, and sits well on breastbone. Yes, I would recommend this as a gift for a friend, or a gift to yourself.

Disappointed

This is the first time I’ve had a problem with my orders so far. It came like it was may have been bought worn return back to the store? It came in a box with the pendant not secured like they normally are with a white wired tie to hold the pendant in place, there are two holes that the tie can secure the pendant but missing tie, the piece of wax paper or plastic it has with a piece of tape to secure the rest of the chain missing and replaced with only the tape! It looks Ike someone either it was returned that way with no one checking or caring and then when I ordered online, the person sending it didn’t care either? I’ve purchased a lot of jewelry including necklaces from Macys and I know how it comes and this is not normal. It didn’t look shiny like Macys jewelry always looks. I don’t feel like driving 45 minutes one way to the store to return it and I’m not going to pay for shipping back. Will call Customer Service to see what they ca do. If not will change stores.
