Happy happy happy

My husband got these for me as a surprise and I could not be more happy with them. I had bought 1 single Miyabi knife in the past so I already knew they were fantastic. But the birch handles are definitely more comfortable than my original knife. It almost feels like velvet in the hand to me. So easy to cut. We did not think the bread knife would be useful to us but my husband loves it. It does not squish the bread even a little.

Gorgeous

These knives are so beautiful to look at. And I love how lightweight they are. Less fatigue for my hands. These will last a lifetime!

Quality not what it used to be

The handles were unfinished and rough wood (separate knives we ordered from this same set were a finished handle as were the ones we got years ago). Several knives were also bent. Would NOT buy these again, quality has tanked.

Beautiful!

Beautiful Knife Set, I love the birchwood handle and the blade design. It cuts just as good as all ZWilling Products and comes with a bit more maintenance and care. After cooking for 20 years, this was a gift from my husband and I am so grateful to have this set.
