Be mindful that it is would not hold for long time
I bought this set few years ago. It is very convenient easy in operation, definitely something to consider if you still want to use old lenses. Although, I had noticed recently that clips,, holding the filter become loos. And apparently it got detached from the holder through jogging.

doesn't work on 2 out of 5 of my lenses
does not work on Canon 24 1:1.4mm II L and Canon 8-15 1:4mm L lenses. Does not focus on objects further than 1.5 meters. This is not indicated anywhere in the instructions or description! That's why this thing turned out to be useless for me. I do not recommend buying

Great to use my EF 11-24mm F4 lens with polarizer on R5 with IBIS
Using my EF 11-24mm F4 lens with polarizer works great, and happy to be able to continue using this lens on R mounts.

Not the Functionality I Would Prefer
The next step in this adapter's development is the ability to use 2" telescope or other filters interchangeably by screwing them in and out of the drawer.

Nice concept, but some big misses.
I just needed an adapter but none of the basic ones were available and I thought the drop-in could be useful some of my EF lenses that I don't have CF or ND filters for. I love the drop-in idea to avoid so many random pieces or different sizes in my camera bag. While it serves its basic purpose of connecting my EF lenses to my EOS R5, there are some issues I would not expect in premium gear. A minor issue is that the CF wheel spins too freely and could use a little more tension to facilitate precision adjustments and prevent accidental adjustments. More frustrating is that you have to have a filter in the unit. There is not a simple cap so you have to buy an extra "clear filter" that serves no purpose what-so-ever and still puts an extra, unneeded piece of glass in the path. At least with a clear filter on the end of a lens, you can argue protection, but as a drop-in this just impacts image quality and costs me more than the price of the plain adapter. The adapter should have come with a cap or blank so you could also use it as a plain adapter with needing to spend a lot more money. Relative to the market for these accessories, it should have shipped with a CF, ND and cap or clear.

No clear filter option?
I'm confused why this would not come with the clear adapter? Who wants to adapt their lenses and not be able to shoot without a polarizer? Plus, the clear filter is on backorder everywhere, can't get one. Now I have a new camera I can't use, unless I plan on shooting with a polarizer all the time? The product description needs to make this VERY clear.

Could be Canon's Killer app, but not yet
it wasn't the product i had hoped it was. Canon needs to create an ultra adapter that comes with 1) blank adapter 2) polarizer 3) GRADUATED FILTER 3) high density neutral. maybe even a whole line up. I know they have a clear but clear doesn't make any sense when none would be the preferred situation. canon offers a blank holder for the big white lenses. You can put gels in there, nothing or anything.

Clear filter is an additional $129!!!!
This adapter is a great solution to not only adapt all of my EF lenses to my newly purchased EOS R, but to also add Circular Polarization capabilities to all of my EF lenses without the expense of purchasing individual filters for my numerous lens collection. The task of removing lens hoods to adjust the Circular Polarizer is also eliminated. With that said, what I find completely unacceptable is the excessively high cost of the clear adapter, which should be included in this combination for no additional charge! $129 for an accessory to an already pricey adapter, that does nothing more than fill the space when not using the Circular Polarizer is obnoxious!
