A little piece of home…

I love Avanti. I first had the Paris design for a few years, then wanted a change, so went with the Palm Trees. As someone who is from SoCal and now lives in Jersey, it brings a little piece of home to my bathroom. Great quality and beautiful design.

Avanti C0lony Palm Tree Bath Mat

Very high quality and attractive bath mat with Palm Tree motif. Unlike many other bath mats made of synthetic fibers which do NOT absorb water and leave you with a constantly wet mat, this piece is made of cotton, is highly absorbent and feels great on bare feet.

What you see is not always what you get.

I was initially very happy to find this rug on sale; as it was pretty and matched the new bathroom curtain I had purchased. I bought two rugs. But, after washing them I found so much shedded tufts from the rugs in my NEW washing machine, I was afraid residue would clog & BREAK it and/or rug had disentigrated leaving holes in it (RUG). Air drying took a long long time and was very tedious. I am NOT HAPPY with way this rug sheds so much when cleaning. Not sure how many wears I will get out of it. Looks nice, but for how long?????
