The Dyson WashG1 wet cleaner is dedicated to making hard floor cleaning easier, and cleaner. Powerful, highly absorbent microfiber rollers remove wet and dry dirt, and even tough stains. The motorized rollers enable the machine to glide effortlessly and make light work of paw prints, muddy boot marks and mealtime messes. Cover bathroom, kitchen and hallway tiles, vinyl, laminate or sealed wood floors. All with less mess. The Dyson WashG1 wet cleaner separates wet and dry waste for hygienic, no-touch waste disposal. And even cleans itself. Comes with a 2-year limited warranty and lifetime Dyson support. According to Dyson internal methods, tested on ceramic tile and wood. ²Based on Dyson internal calculation with no repeated cleaning on the same area, with 0.5m/s speed. Works exactly how I expected

Bought this machine finally to keep kitchen floor tidy all the time. For daily maintenance (using just hot water) this has been a dream to keep the space spotless. The design is well done and easy to remove and clean parts after each use.

Easy to use and self cleaning function helpful. Not sure it cleans as well as it should - wetting of floor not uniform and tray on bottom falls off as the clip to hold it on doesn’t work

Cleaning Made Easy

At first I thought it was quite heavy but when you turn it on it floats along the floor so easily you don’t even notice the weight. So far I’m very impressed with how well it cleans and picks up the dog hair. It’s takes a bit of time to clean it but comes apart easily and cleans up nicely. I’m happy with the performance of this machine and would recommend it to anyone. Mine is used on rough tiles and laminate flooring and cleans both nicely.

not happy with the mopping it do.

The grout area between the tiles are not getting cleaned. but the tiles are getting cleaned. Also, if there are any dust marks, it’s not getting removed properly. May be the rollers should have a better cleaning stuff with it.

Great for large houses with lots of hard floors

Did a great job cleaning our 5000+ sq foot house with all hard floors! No comparison to the time and effort of a standard spin mop. I wouldn't use it for small spills but great for periodically cleaning all floors.

Dyson does it again with floor cleaning technology

I'm something of a Dyson devotee so it wasn't difficult to make my mind up when looking to buy a hard floor cleaner. I immediately tested it on my recently mopped kitchen floor and couldn't believe how much extra dirt it brought up, and how much cleaner the floor looked. The unit is easy and lightweight to use, and easy to clean. I'm more than glad I bought this machine rather than any other make. I'd happily recommend this piece of kit.

Disappointed Not good enough

I am very disappointed with this machine. I use the Dyson probiotic cleaning fluid in the water dispenser 20ml as suggested by Dyson, as it gets to the end of the tank there is a line of foam coming out that I have to mop up afterwards with a towel. I have to put a towel under the machine during self-clean as it leaks out on the floor. The gaps between floor tiles gather dirty water which the G1 doesnt seem able to suck up.
