wrong item sent

I ordered this tote bag in khaki. What I received was the green one. How did this happen?????? Trying to reach someone but can't find a number.

Workhorse Tote!

Great bag, larger than it appeared on line. Will be good for travel, a bit hefty for day to day use, but perfect for market stops. Good pockets and compartments. Happy with the purchase and quality.
