Difficult to return as is sold through a 3rd party

I found this bag while browsing in the Macy’s website, I had been looking forward to buy me a tote bag to put my laptop and other things while traveling, I ordered the brown color and they sent me the green one, I was not satisfied with it since I needed the brown tote bag, disappointed is an understatement. I drove to Macys to return it, just to have the worst experience I have ever had since I have been a Macys customer (over 25 years). They told me they don’t carry this brand and they had me waiting for the longest time while they figured out a way to accept the return, the customer service lady was so rude about the entire situation, I assume it was due to her lack of knowledge on how to handle the return but still, she had no right to be so rude and mean through the transaction. Buy at your own risk, if they send you the wrong order good luck returning it to a Macys store. Do not recommend.
