Waste of money! Junkie toy!

First of all I only went into Macy's because I had a return merchandise gift card to use because I do not shop at Macy's and I do not care for Macy's I let my daughter pick out a toy which this gift card had a remaining of $21.30 on it when I got up to the counter I believe the cashier put in the gift card number wrong more than once so it prompted her to call a number so therefore long story short 45 minutes later I was asked if I had a different form of payment which really upset me because I didn't want to spend my money in there but of course I had to buy it because my 3-year-old wanted it and now supposedly they have to do a so-called "investigation" is what they called it and to me I personalize it and I am offended and now I can't even use my gift card and I've been waiting for Macy's to email me back to find out what's going on with my gift card and the remaining balance and I still have not received anything! I definitely would not recommend this toy to anybody I am located in Lafayette Indiana.
