disappointed

this was ordered April 09, and promised delivery by week of 14th. Today is 18th and still no delivery. if delivery keeps getting this slow I will not be ordering from you anymore,

LONG Strap

It arrived today. The shipping was quick. The purse arrived in good condition. I ordered the navy blue, which is a very dark navy blue. This is a well-made, attractive-looking purse that'll probably last a long time. F.Y.I.: If you'd like, the two side handles do go down nicely, if you prefer that. There's only 1 thing I do not like about this purse: It was designed for very tall women. The reason I say that is because the single shoulder strap is extremely long. There are 5 hole options. I have the shoulder strap set on the hole option that would make the strap the shortest. Still, I'm about 5'2", and the purse's bottom is below my knees when I wear it as a shoulder bag, and the purse bottom is just above my knees when I wear it as a crossbody. I guess I'll have to wear it as a tote (with the dual shoulder straps).

Good Features, Low Quality

Great size and compartments just what I wanted. I liked the handles and shoulder strap. However, the metal zipper was ugly and cheap looking, and didn't slide super easily. The overall material was a bit cheap looking as well. I returned it.
