delivered with cracked parts

The item came with 2 cracked parts. We contacted Macy’s right away about it but were told that the only way to return is sending them back by dropping at ups store. We said we can’t because this is too heavy and it’s not our fault that it came broken. We requested to talk to manger and the manger said she will contact seller and initiate return. It’s been more than 2 weeks but we haven’t heard back from either Macy’s or seller . Disappointed at terrible Macy’s customer service
