Super loud

This does the job putting out heat, but has some issues. No matter what surface is on, it rattles like crazy and hums hard while it vibrates. Just gets louder the longer it is on and it doesn’t matter what setting. It’s loud loud, not like a little white noise. The plastic is very cheap. The remote control already broke after one month. Digital buttons would be difficult for anyone older to use. Absolutely would never buy it again and if I live near Macy’s, I would’ve returned it. I bought the white circular one that Macy’s carries at the same time and had had no issues with that and it was cheaper. I regret this purchase.
