Simply a must have!

My old cast iron was a big pain to clean and maintain, so therfore I quit using it. I bought Carraway's C.I.D.O. and OH MY GOSH!! I am in heaven!!! I have made several einkorn Sourdough bread in it and they have come out wonderfully! Another plus is it is so easy to clean! I am looking forward to cooking some roast and various other recipes with it.

Stylish & Seamless Cooking

I love the beautiful enameled cast iron cookware not only because it looks amazing on my stove, but it also looks my meals beautifully in one pot! I have a large family, so being able to seer meat, cook soup, bake a casserole, and even bake bread in the same pot large enough to feed my family is a huge win. Plus I love that you can start on the stove and finish in the oven. The cast iron dutch oven is a staple in my kitchen.

Good heavy cookware

This cookware while it is very heavy, and I like that part is definitely not nonstick like the other caraway cookware, that being said, perhaps this not nonstick cookware is actually healthier than the actual nonstick variety of caraway. This cookware stains in the food, get stuck every single time no matter what you do even following the directions exactly. However, I do think it’s healthier than the other variety that has a nonstick coating.
