Small

It is really a 2 qt popper. I had a 4 qt and it was twice as big.

Simple to use just takes a little extra time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get this popcorn maker, because I read somewhere that there is a harmful substance inside of the microwavable bags of popcorn once they reach a certain temperature. This popcorn popper takes just a few minutes to heat up, but then the kernels pop pretty quickly. I wish there were more directions on immediately removing the popcorn because if you let it continue to sit even once you turn off the device, the popcorn will continue to cook quickly and burn. I think using this elite popcorn popper is a healthier option and it allows you to custom make your popcorn!

Nothing special

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t a fan of the popcorn maker. It was fine, but nothing special. Didn’t make a lot of popcorn. Overall, just three starts. Great option for a cheap price.

Overall ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This popcorn popper is ok and more of a novelty. It’s easy to assemble and use. The cleaning is what gets you. The oil splatters all over the plastic bowl as the popcorn pops and then it’s kinda hard to flip the metal plate upside down to dump the popcorn into the plastic bowl. The metal plate can’t be removed to clean. So you can only wipe it down.

Solid popcorn machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to receive this popcorn machine from Influenster in exchange for my honest review! As a snacker, I love making popcorn because it is a high volume/lower calorie snack. This machine isn’t too big and fits perfectly on my counter. The instructions were well written and easy to follow. I followed the instructions to determine how much oil/kernels to add and it worked great! My popcorn took about 5-6 minutes to pop which is longer than a bag in the microwave. I do like that you can place butter on top of the vents and it will melt into your popcorn but it definitely doesn’t get distributed evenly. The machine also does a good job of popping all the kernels. I only had one or two unpopped kernels but some of the bottom ones did get slightly burnt. The popcorn itself tasted okay. It does feel a little stale and the texture is better in microwaved popcorn or stove popped popcorn. I also don’t like that the lid feels like a cheap, thin plastic. The thought of that heating up and being in contact with my food is a bit unsettling. If you’re in the market for a popcorn machine, I definitely suggest checking this one out. It’s super easy and convenient. I can see myself using this during parties or movie nights, but likely won’t use it much outside of that

Popping Saga

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excitement filled me as I received the popcorn machine, eager to make some freshly popcorns. However, disappointment struck when consecutive attempts resulted in burnt popcorns at the bottom. The rotary rod was not improperly secured, causing it to melt and contaminate the first batch. Worried about potential hazards, I had to discard the entire packet of popcorn. Finally, on the third try, I mastered the timing, swiftly turning off the machine at the first sign of silence. Despite the learning curve, popcorns takes good and I yearn for a temperature control button to better regulate heat and prevent scorching at the bottom.
