terrible shipment

I ordered this bundle of soap to give us a gift. It came smashed inside a box with no protection or wrapping. Two of the bars of soap are totally ruined and smashed. No way it can be given as a gift or even used. It’s not going to be worth it me trying to return during the busy holiday season and being that I am disabled. It will be thrown in the garbage so I cannot write a review as I could not even get a label off of the smashed product. Very disappointed!
