No purse!!

Never received my item!

Worse customer service ever

I never received this item and I did not ask for a replacement. Customer service made me wait 14 days then took it upon themselves to reorder it. I cancelled the re-order (I was told it was not possible to) and now I have to wait 28 business days for a refund?
