Love .. except...

I haven't used it yet...love how it opens up and can easily see what's in there without too much digging. Nice size. I took one star away because the color is way off from the picture that is presented in the app. I bought the Blue Multi and it is very much more like a grey. Not that Spring sky blue that it looks in the picture. I'm keeping because I still like it..just disappointed that it isn't as it shows.

Supposed to be window shopping only.

On the day I went in Macy's, I had no plan to buy bags and shoes. The sales clerk approached me and offered the items I'd been checking and encourage me to check the price after he discount made. Here I am, can't refused the offered and all the items I am interested with. It has an affordable price, the shoes very comfortable, bags are in good quality. Most of all the very good customer service by offering the specials of the store products. Keep up the employees knowledgeable and love their job.

Well organized inside

Really love the style, color, and inner layout of this backpack, but the straps ruin it for me. Being made from thick, stiff fabric with heavy metal hardware, the straps overpower the purse, rub my shoulders, and are not removable. Sadly, it goes back.

I am in love with my bag!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is more durable than any purse I have. The shoulder straps are so comfortable. The storage inside this bag is amazing. I can store all my things for work inside of it and still have room.

I love the size and inside phone compartment but the zipper doesn’t work well and is awkward, sticks a lot.
