What you expect

This mattress is of very nice quality, doesn't have a strong smell like plastic or warehouse and is easy to plug in and blow up with the automatic button.

Perfect For Grandkid’s Visit

Great Warramty

I bought this back in March and used it a few times camping and wanted to love it. However, after a few uses the air mattress would lose half of its air in a four hour peroid. I woould full it back up with the auto pump but it would leak out again. The bed it top notch and very comfortable, quality componets. I contacted custormer service and completed a claim by sending thm all the informatiom and after review, they sent me a new mattress.

Quick & Comfortable

Comfortable. Internal pump for quick inflating and deflating. We used this while visiting a relative on his futon, for bed-like experience.

Dura-Beam® Deluxe Comfort-Plush Air Mattress 13" Full w/ Built-In Electric Pump

The one I bought came with a huge hole, Contacting INTEX about it was a bit painful, and took about 90 minutes of "chatting" with an agent to resolve the issue, They did send a replacement, which I sleep on every night now, replacing a 30-year-old conventional spring mattress. So yeah, I like it ... now.

Replacement Airbed

The claim process online was easy, and I had to call with some questions and the Tech support associate was very helpful. Long story short, I am happy with the airbed that was replaced. Very comfortable and easy to operate.
