Skeptical.....

like the headline I was skeptical of these dishes. I saw a review about how easy they scratched or that they arrived broken (to me is more a carrier issue than manufacturers issue) but after 2 months of using these daily i am so beyond happy. they have not scratched once even when using steak knives. they are amazing quality. the only I cannot speak for is how the wear in the dishwasher, i only hand-wash. i feel if you take the chance you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic set of stoneware

We ordered two 16-piece dinnerware sets at the store to be delivered at our home. They arrived in the promised timeframe but four of the 32 pieces had either manufacturing blemishes or marring from shipping. Both boxes contained a note to contact them if there were any issues upon receipt. I called the phone # on the warranty card and explained the situation and they said they would send replacements out immediately. There was no hassle nor need to return the blemished pieces. EXCEPTIONAL customer service! The dinnerware looks fantastic and appears to be of great quality.

Luxmatte White Set

Absolutely amazing product, great quality, dishwasher safe and is very sturdy. Plates are all made well as indicated with weight of plates- ordered two sets-very happy
