damaged and low quality

My item arrived with a large black spot on the top, and the magnet on the bottom of one of the doors will not catch, so the doors are always uneven and not fully closed. In general, the finish is not as pictured, as you can see the black through the brush strokes, and the color is more coppery-pink than gold. Sometimes the doors tip forward as you open them.

Shipped without one rubber pad one of the feet. Called customer service at 8:30 pm eastern standard time, company voice message said they were open till 9:30 pacific coast time. No answer, I called outside their business hours??
