It is time for you to look into this knife sharpener. It was incredibly simple to use and worked very well. It wasn’t loud but wasn’t quiet, just middle of the road noise wise. Perfect gift

Good for beginners!

It is great for beginners and I was impressive how user friendly it is and better than I expected it to be. It has 2 slots for angle sharpening. It feels heavy and looks durable. It was able to sharpen my Wusthof knife very well.
