Naturopath suggested

The product is easy to take and good tasting too. I put it in my daily water bottle. My naturopath suggested it as a highly absorbable high quality product.

Sugar-free doesnt mix

I have religiously used this product for 4 years, and have recommended it to my athletes and clients. But the sugar-free one is terrible! It is super clumpy and doesnt mix well at all - literally a third to sometimes half of the powder ends up clumped at the bottom of the beverage AFTER using a hand mixer (milk frother). So I other words, product and money going down the drain. Plus, the after-taste is not good. And all to save 5-10 calories?? Such a shame!_x000D_ _x000D_ I will be finding a new magnesium powder!

The best

Been using this powder for 7 months now, and the results are outstanding. Ionic magnesium is super absorbable. This product in particular, taste good, and its improved my overall health drastically. Feeling great, love this product. 100% recommend.
