Cheaply made

They were so pretty. But....Only used once and 2 of the 3 broke. Unfortunately, the return date has passed. Beware! Don't buy!

Look cute but broke on first trip

I travel often for work and this luggage moved swiftly through the airport and I loved it but the moment I checked it in, it cracked. Not very durable.

Not great quality and bad zippers

The luggage looks nice, however it is pretty flimsy and the zippers have broken after two uses. The metal pull tab literally broke in half and a couple other zippers pull apart so they don’t stay closed. Unfortunately I’m past the return policy timeline since I didn’t travel with my luggage as soon as I received it…

Viva la Macy's

Im only giving 4 stars bc i haven't used the luggage set yet. Should there be any yucks after we travel, ill be sure to let everyone know. Visually, everything looks great withe luggage. Color is as exspected, sizes, sturdy zippers, wheeling nicely. Theres one flaw, and im nitpicking here, theres a small black stain or discoloration on the mesh netting inside the medium luggage. Not sure how that got there? Weird. But thats it. Macy's, however, gets 7 Stars!!! Here's what happened. 👏👏👏 I was looking for something quick & convenient at Costco when i ran into a couple also looking for luggage. We struck up a conversation, they told me Macys was having a sale next week. I went online searching for my hearts desire with great prices. Did the couple mean this week? Or were the prices going to drop more? I stored my top picks in my online shopping bag and waited till monday for the next price drop. Nope. Prices went up! Terrible. We're buying the luggage to elope in the islands. Every penny counts! I called Macy's customer service line & explained everything and they actually gave me the sale price for the luggage! Viva la Macy's!!! My only regret is not writing down the name of the sweetest custome service representative ever or the lead she had to ask for permission. Thank you again Macy's.

Luxury for Less

Nice hard exterior shell, the sizes are perfect. Look great & the price was even better. I haven't used it yet but so far I am pleased.
