Did Not Receive Package That Said it was Already D

I'm a little upset because I received a text that my package was delivered, but it was not delivered. I had to chat with a virtual assistant, and it is annoying. I would rather chat with a real person. I finally got finished, and I had to have the order reshipped if it's in stock. I will find out in up to 48 hours. So, I'll just have to wait all over again.

My little daughter likes them
