I was happy to buy this under-seat bag to go with our other Platinum Elite luggage. However, I returned it the next day. Quality control issue. The carry straps were two different lengths. I could not find a reason for this to be purposeful, it was just made wrong. I looked for a contact to directly communicate with Travelpro, but they have hidden or removed any way for a customer to speak to the company, which is very unfortunate for both customers and the company. Had I been able to speak to someone here in the USA, I could have requested they send a replacement. The only choice their system provided was to return it. So I did.
