Adorable, but not the softest fabric

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So cute!!! I love the sailboats and how the footies match the hat. My reason for giving it only 4 stars is the fabric was not as soft as I had hoped. But it still makes for a perfect gift! My friend loved it :)
