The Bintiva large wobble cushion, is an important strengthening tool to be used by adults and children. The simple act of sitting on the disc activates core abdominal and trunk muscles. Flexor and extensor muscles work in tandem to keep your balance on the disc while continuously strengthening and toning. Good for Seated Exercise at Desk

I purchased the large 37 cm Bintiva Wiggle Seat and have been using it at my desk. I find it handy to do some 'exercise ball stretches' right from my chair. It takes up less space than an exercise ball and seated exercises are easy to do. I also like that it comes with a little air pump which can be kept in a desk drawer. It took me about 5 minutes to pump air. I personally like sitting on the smooth side, but some people might prefer the nubby side. It says you can do step-ups for balance exercises from standing position on it too but I haven't tried it. It does not state weight capacity for doing so. Otherwise this is a good 'wiggle seat' for adults.
