Blood on glass

This set took weeks to leave the shipping facility. It took so long that I had actually already been refunded about a week prior to this package showing up to my door! I was told there was no way to return them since they had been refunded and order closed out, I opened them and the pink matching highball was missing, instead they gave an extra dark grey high ball. I noticed upon looking that there was blood on the pink lowball. It seems to me that someone cut themselves on the broken pink highball, blood was not cleaned up properly and these were sent out with biohazard, these should have been discarded. To top it off they sent mismatched pieces.

Don’t shop at Macy’s!!!

It’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t received my item nor any help after reaching out multiple times to Macy’s for a refund.

Seller shipped the wrong item.

I received a completely different set of glasses, nowhere near similar to what I ordered. Seller is sloppy at best or this was a bait and switch at worst. I'm very disappointed. Now I have to drive to Macy's to return the wrong item, who will compensate me for my time and gas???
