Neck hole too small on mine

I have never had this issue before with a shirt but I could not get my head through the neck hole for this one. I returned it. Perhaps the one I received was defective. Other than that, it had a nice color and material.

Wait. Wait. Wait.

Perfect fit (finally!) Size 16 works although I usually wear 14. Shipping was a nightmare. Took 5 weeks for first pair. Size 14/Too small. Returned. Reordered 16. Again shipping took more than a month. 3rd time I talked to a wonderful customer service lady and they arrived, correct size and in two days! Do not know what the problem was, but love these. Just be prepared to wait and wait.
