above and beyond service

While shopping at Macy's, in Capitola, CA, I found a blouse I really loved, especially for the holidays. But, it was too big. I planned to alter it. While checking out, I mentioned this to the clerk (Marcia), and she asked if I looked for a better size. I had found none. She offered to see if I could order it and have it delivered to my home. YES! She continued placing the order, asked if I had a Macy's CrC, found an extra discount, and placed the order. She then asked if I still wanted to buy the larger blouse in case the ordered one wouldn't work out. I declined because it really was too big. Marcia really went above and beyond great customer service!!! The blouse fits great.
