Poorly designed toy.

This is a poorly designed toy. There is no way to attach track to this product, so toddlers can’t push the train up to the station. Instead they need to fit the engine into the station for a few second trip down the ramp. It is a cute idea, but the creators should have put more thought into the design. I would not recommend

Perfect for young Thomas fans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great set for younger kids who love Thomas the Tank Engine! My youngest son just turned two last month, and this set has been a great entry level toy for him to begin engaging with Thomas themed products. The packaging says it’s good for kids age 1 1/2 and up, and I’d say that fits with our experience. Unlike other Thomas items that have smaller pieces or tracks that require precision to use, this set is made for smaller, less experienced hands to enjoy. The train connects to the train car with large rounded openings so young kids can make connections and pull the pieces apart themselves, or use a finger to pull them along. The track is spacious. There is also a fun mix-and-match element to the set, with three interchangeable pieces that can top the station, sit beside the station, or be used on the train car. The pieces feature the number 5, nighttime and rainy day scenes with Sir Topham Hat, and a couple of cows and another pair of passengers enjoying their ride. The clock tower features movable hands for young ones to manipulate, or older preschoolers to keep the station running on schedule. There is also a bar that can be moved from one side to the other to keep trains from moving forward. There are no batteries or sounds, so no worries about this going off accidentally in a toy bin during nap time, and it can make for quiet play for an older preschooler if a younger sibling is sleeping nearby. All in all, this set is ideal for young preschoolers who enjoy Thomas the Tank Engine, trains, or even other types of vehicles.

Cute little track

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves this, he enjoys picking out and naming the different colored pieces that go into the box train and also enjoys watching it go down the track. We wish there was more track but it does the job.

Great you for Thomas loving toddlers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My train loving son loves this toy. It's great for little hands that can't easily handle the other Thomas trains as easily. He loves the little track piece that he can slide his train down. It is well made and quickly caught his attention. He also played with it consistently for days. My only complaint is how easily the engine car and the cargo car of the train comes apart. My son gets so frustrated when he train falls apart while he is driving it around. I with the connection was just slightly hooked so they didn't come apart quite as easily.

Thomas & Friends My First Knapford Station Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2-year old son really enjoyed this playset. It came with the engine,1 train car and 3 stackable block like toys. The train was big enough for him to handle by himself. He was able to place it on the track and put it together by himself. The track was really cool, he liked watching the train go down and around the track. The way the top of the track/ Station waiting area is made allowed my son the ability to set up the train the way he wanted to without knocking the train down the ramp by accident. He actually had to give the train a little push before it rolled down the track, so no unnecessary toddler frustration about runaway trains. The blocks all had pictures on each side of them and were easy stack. One block had passengers on it, another was the coal for the train and the last had Sir Topham Hat on it. The Train car can hold one block. There are also places on the play set to put the blocks, one on top of the station and the other at the bottom of the track. The set is easily carried by a toddler from place to place. It also is small enough to be easily stored. The blocks can be placed in those 3 areas mentioned above for storage too. Overall my son really enjoyed playing with this set and I can’t wait to buy him more Thomas & Friends sets in the future.

Choo Choo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son absolutely LOVED this Thomas the train toy. Such a cute one, and so interactive. The sweet classic Thomas the Train engine comes to life with this toy as he chugs along down the track and shoots out the bottom. This one is a winner!

Great for toddles made for little hands 🥹

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 3 year old loved this set! I love how it's made for little hands. The trains have a hook that is wide enough to fit little fingers and makes it easy for little ones to hold and pull the train around.

I like the clock that you can change. I like the changeable parts that you can put on the train car, or on the station. Definitely a fun toy!
