Does the job!

Our private well water will occasionally contain small amounts of sand and other sediments which collect in the toilet tanks, etc. We installed this filter upstream of a softener and RO drinking water unit to extend the life of those systems. It does a good job removing the sediments and keeping them from the rest of our house.
