Don’t trust Macy’s online

I ordered and waited 7 days but they didn’t deliver and when I contacted them, they said they will deliver on time. But they lied. Finally I called them and they refunded me. But my question is why they take order if they can’t deliver to customers. And they took money from my card and use for 7 days and I have to wait another few days for getting money. So for that days I have to pay interest and they got the profit from using my money.
